Wednesday- A Very Cold Basketball Game

We made it outside between snow and rain showers. The kids had a great time playing basketball. We had to work on the finer points of the game- taking turns and it is not a full contact sport. They picked up the foul and two free shots concept pretty quickly.

One of our neighbors walked by and let us pet his two puppy dogs. People are slowly emerging from winter hibernation. The kids really enjoy seeing people out walking and visiting with all the friendly dogs in our neighborhood. The kids have learned to always ask permission before petting a dog and they have to ask me first before asking the owner.

Tomorrow- we are starting our April Clifford curriculum and hopefully playing some seeds. Playing in the dirt- what fun!
